This web site is a part of the project “South-East European Bioenergy Community”, implemented by Via Expo Ltd. with the partial financial support of the European Commission and in parthership with Energy Institute Hrvoje Pozar (Croatia) and Institute of Energy for South Eastern Europe (Greece).

The project's purpose is to promote and encourage the development of the biomass potential on the Balkans for the production of clean energy and eco-fuels . The main activities of the project are dissemination of information and creating productive environment for exchange of experience, ideas and good practices, for networking and establishing partnerships in the field of bioenergy.

This is to be achieved through:

	International Bioenegy Forum for South-Eastern Europe
	Internet database of companies and organisations, looking for partners from the biomass energy industry in South-Eastern Europe.
